Common questions

Where is my data stored?

On your device. You can export a copy manually from Settings → Backup in the app. The app will also offer optional encrypted backup to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive, encrypted on your device with your passphrase before upload; we never receive it and cannot read it.

How do I move to a new phone?

Either export a backup on the old phone, send the file to yourself and import it on the new one, or turn on encrypted backup on the old phone and restore it on the new one with the same passphrase. Encrypted backup is coming with the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Through your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings.
